The short, plain version of the agreement between you and Airmond. If we ever need a longer one, we will replace this page and tell members before it takes effect.
Airmond is in beta
Airmond is an early product and we run it as one. Features come and go, the service changes most weeks, and something will occasionally break. We work hard on it, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
What you get
An Airmond assistant, reachable by phone, WhatsApp, and email, who takes on your life admin and makes calls on your behalf. Every assistant is artificial intelligence, not a person. They can be wrong, so keep your own judgment on anything that matters. Airmond does not give legal, medical, tax, or financial advice, and nothing an assistant says replaces a professional.
What it costs
The first week is free. After that Airmond is $999 a month: one plan, everything included, nothing extra to buy. If you joined with an invite code, the founder price you started on stays in place for as long as you stay a member. Prices for new members may change, and we will tell you before anything changes for you.
Cancelling
Cancel any time. Tell your assistant or email hello@airmond.com, and we stop the billing from there. No notice period, no minimum term, no cancellation call to sit through. If you want your data deleted too, say so in the same message and we will do that as well.
Using it fairly
Use your assistant for your own life admin. Please do not ask them to do anything illegal, to harass anyone, to impersonate someone, or to work around another company's rules. We may pause or close an account being used that way.
Where our responsibility ends
We do our best, but we cannot take responsibility for the outcome of decisions an assistant makes on your behalf, or for losses that follow from relying on a beta service. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the last three months. Nothing here limits anything that cannot legally be limited.

What we collect, where it is stored, who can reach it, and how to have it deleted is all on the privacy page, written in the same plain language as this one.
Changes
We may change the product and these terms as Airmond grows. If a change matters to you, we will tell you rather than quietly edit this page. The date at the top is the last time it changed.
