Airmond

How it works

Nothing to install. Nothing to set up.

You leave a number. She reads up on you, then you talk, the way you would talk to somebody you had just hired, and she gets on with it.

  1. The first minute

    She reads up on you.

You leave an email address and a number, and one of our assistants goes and learns who you are. A couple of minutes later you talk, whenever suits: right away, or at a time you pick. There is nothing to download and nothing to configure first. It feels like meeting a new hire on their first day: you just talk. When you hang up, a written recap of everything she heard is already in your inbox.

  2. The first day

Give her the thing you have been avoiding.

The booking you keep not making, the refund nobody chased, the call you would rather not be on. One sentence is enough. She goes away, does it, and comes back when it is done rather than checking in along the way.

  3. The first week

She learns how you like things.

Which meetings are worth breaking a morning for, who gets a warm reply and who gets a short one, the airline you will not fly again. You say each of those once. By Friday she is writing in a way you recognise.

  4. From then on

    You stop keeping the list.

The follow-ups, the diary, the inbox and the phone calls stop being things you hold in your head. That is the change members notice, and it is usually not the hours. It is not carrying it.

She works where you already are.

Call her or text her on any of these. Give her a number and she makes the call herself, so the person at the other end hears from her, not from an app.

There is no Airmond app you have to open to get work done. There is one if you want it.

What happens when she does not know?

She asks you, once, in the place you were already talking, and then carries on. She does not sit quietly waiting to be checked on, and she does not invent an answer to avoid asking.

Where is the human part?

Every new member is let in by hand, which is why joining can take a little while. After that the work is hers. A small Airmond team can see member data through an internal tool, because that is how we run the service and help when you write in.

Things you will never do here.

  • Install an app.
  • Write a prompt.
  • Learn a dashboard.
  • Hunt down an API key.
  • Watch a usage meter.

The whole setup is a phone call.

Leave your number and see. It takes about a minute, and the minute is the setup.

One of our assistants is ready within a couple of minutes. Nothing to install.
