What happens after the free week?
$999 a month, and only if you decide to carry on. We do not take a card to start the free week, so nothing turns into a charge while you are not looking.
Do I need an invite code?

Can I expense this?
Yes. You get a proper invoice, and if the company should be the customer rather than you, that is Airmond Enterprise, which is billed the way your finance person expects.
