Questions
Everything people ask before they start.
Answered the way we would answer them on the phone. If yours is not here, write to us and a person replies.
Is my assistant a real person?
No, and we would rather say that plainly than let you wonder. Every Airmond assistant is artificial intelligence, with a first name, a face, and a voice of their own. That is the whole advantage: they pick up at 2am, they never take a holiday, and they get sharper about your preferences every week. Nobody at Airmond is on the phone pretending to be them.
What can I actually hand them?
The life admin you keep postponing. Booking the appointment, chasing the refund, calling three garages for quotes, rebooking the flight that got cancelled at 11pm, turning a long contract into a plain summary, keeping your week organized. They make the calls too, so you are not the one sitting on hold.
How do I reach my assistant?
Phone, WhatsApp, and email today; SMS and Slack are on the way. You call or text them, and they call and text on your behalf. There is no app to install and no dashboard to learn. If you can take a phone call, you are already set up.
What does it cost after the free week?
$999 a month. One plan, everything included, nothing extra to buy and no usage meter to watch. The first week is free so you can feel what it is like before you pay for anything. If you came in with an invite code, your founder pricing stays locked in for as long as you stay a member.
What if I want to stop?
Cancel any time. Tell your assistant or email hello@airmond.com and we stop the billing. There is no notice period and no cancellation call to sit through. If you want your data deleted as well, say so in the same message and we will take care of both.
Where does my data live?
Your profile, your tasks, your messages, and the notes from your calls are stored in a database on European Union infrastructure. Voice is the honest exception: the audio and transcripts from your calls are processed and stored by ElevenLabs, our voice provider, in the United States, because European residency is an ElevenLabs option we would need their Enterprise plan for and are not on today. Everything else that leaves the EU does so in passing rather than at rest: the website runs on Vercel in the United States, phone calls route through Vonage and WhatsApp through Twilio, and the thinking behind drafted replies runs on Anthropic's Claude models, which do not train on it and delete it within 30 days. We would rather name every provider than say “trusted partners”.
Every provider, namedWho can see my conversations?
Your assistant works with your information and nobody else's, and members never see each other's data. Being straight with you: a small Airmond team can also reach member data through an internal admin tool, because that is how we run the service, look into a call that went wrong, and help when you write in. Our providers can access what they process for us, under their own agreements. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing.
Who has access, in detailCan I have everything deleted?
Yes. Email hello@airmond.com and ask, and we delete your account and the data we hold about you. That address reaches our team, and a person answers it. You can also ask for a copy of what we have, or ask us to correct something. Backups and provider logs roll off on their own schedules, so it is not always instant, but the rule is simple: ask us and we do it.
How deletion worksSomething else on your mind? Email hello@airmond.com and it reaches our team.
Still deciding?
The free week answers most of it faster than this page can.
One of our assistants is ready within a couple of minutes. Nothing to install.
