AI Process Specialist, Operations & Finance
You already run your work through AI agents and you think in systems. You take over the administration behind a small group of companies, learn the accounting side on the job, and turn every recurring piece of it into a process an assistant can run. Driven, structured, smart with AI. German is not required.
- The role
The shape of this role
Airmond is an agent-operated company, and you are the person who decides how the agents operate it. The assistants draft, file, chase, compare and summarise. You design the process they follow, check what they did, and fix what they got wrong. Where a process does not exist yet, you write it; where it cannot be run by an assistant yet, you build or specify the tooling until it can.
The domain is operations and finance: VAT, bookkeeping coordination, insurance, contracts, across a small group of companies. You do not need to have done that work before. You need to be the kind of person who learns it fast, with the bookkeepers and the assistants beside you, and who turns what they learn into a system rather than a habit.
- The work
What you will do
The first months are a handover. Eight entities, each with its own VAT filings, insurance, contracts and bookkeeping, are run today by one person. You take that over piece by piece: you learn how each one works, you write it down as you go, and you keep it running. The bookkeepers stay, and the assistants are with you from day one.
The trajectory is into Airmond itself. Every process you write becomes a candidate for tooling, and every piece of tooling that works for our own companies is one the assistants can run for members. Within a year, most of your time goes into designing how the assistants do the work, and little of it into doing the work yourself.
- Map the administration behind eight entities into processes: what happens, when, who or what does it, and how you know it was done right.
- Run the assistants every day: you decide what they do, check what they did, and fix what they got wrong, and you notice when a task keeps needing a person.
- Build or specify the tooling that turns a written process into one an assistant runs on its own.
- Learn the accounting side on the job: coordinate the bookkeepers, file the VAT, compare and renew the insurance, keep the contracts in order, and know what every number should be by the end of the first months.
- You
What you bring
- AI-native, for real. You run your own work through agents today: you have built, automated or wired something that runs without you, and you can say what went wrong on the way. We do not hire anyone who is not AI-native, and the first conversation you have with us is with one of our assistants.
- You think in systems. When something happens twice you want a rule for it, and when a rule exists you want it written where an assistant can follow it.
- Driven and structured: you make your own plan, hold yourself to a higher bar than the room asks for, and are rarely satisfied with the first version.
- Willing to learn the accounting side on the job: VAT, bookkeeping coordination, insurance, contracts. Numbers do not scare you, and you find out why when one is off. An accounting or finance background helps and is not required.
- English, written and spoken. German is not required.

Your first interview is with Ada.
She is the Airmond assistant, and she runs the first conversation: about twelve minutes in your browser, camera and microphone on. She asks about your work, one numbers story, one process story, and how you use AI today.
A person at Airmond reads this within two days. If it fits on both sides, she is in the room for the call with the founder too.
- How we work
How we work
Remote, in English, with a small team and a growing number of assistants. Most of the work is written down first: a process that is not written is one an assistant cannot run and a colleague cannot check.
Airmond builds AI assistants that take on calls, inboxes and life admin for members. The processes you set up for our own companies are the same ones the product needs, so you build the tooling you use yourself.
- The offer
What we offer
- Flexible hours and location. We have worked remotely for more than a decade and we build the environment around people doing their best work, not around a clock.
- Modern tools and an assistant of your own from day one. We automate everything that can be automated, so the work that stays is the work that needs a mind.
- Occasional travel to meet the team and the companies we work with.
- A team that takes the work seriously and itself less so. A good laugh is part of how we work.

- Read this page. If it fits, press the button and leave your name, your email and, if you like, a link to your LinkedIn or CV.
- Talk to Ada, our assistant, in your browser for about twelve minutes. She asks about your work, one numbers story, one process story, and how you use AI today. The conversation is recorded (video and audio) and reviewed by people and agents at Airmond.
- A person at Airmond reads the conversation within two days and gets back to you.
- If it fits on both sides, a video call with the founder, and Ada is in the room for that one too.
