What she connects to
She works from what you already have.
There is nothing to migrate and nothing to tidy up first. You connect the account you already use, she can see what is on it, and she gets on with the work.
Google and Microsoft.
Google Calendar, Gmail and Drive, or Outlook Calendar, Mail and OneDrive. The calendar works the same way on both. The two newer writes, the draft in your mail and the document in your Drive, are Google only: on Microsoft, mail and files are read.
Your calendar
So she can see what is already on it and never offer somebody a time that clashes.

So she can follow what is landing instead of asking you to forward it to her.
Your files
So she can find the document and reference it instead of asking you to go and dig it up.
Not on either? She still works. The connection makes her faster, it is not how you talk to her.

What she can reach is a property of what we ask Google and Microsoft for, not a policy we are promising to keep, and that is as true of the three places she can write as it is of everything she can only read. On your calendar, the access we request lets her create, edit or delete any event on it, exactly as freely as she can read it: that reach comes from the scope, not from us. What she actually does with it is a promise of our own, not Google's or Microsoft's: she only ever adds a meeting you asked her to book, and only with you as the organiser, checked in our code every time before anything is written. In your Google Drive she can make a new document and a folder to keep it in, and change the ones she made, and the scope itself stops her there: everything that was already in your Drive stays out of her reach whatever we do, so filing something for you never turns into editing everything you own. In your Gmail she can leave a draft, and Google has no draft-only permission, so the one we ask for would let her send as well. Nothing we build sends, and that one is our restraint rather than Google's limit, so weigh it as ours.

What she makes lands in Airmond, and in your Drive if you ask.
The recap of a call, the document she wrote, the list she is keeping for you: all of it is in your Airmond, where you log in already, and none of it goes anywhere else unless you say so. Ask her to put a copy in your Google Drive and she will, in a folder of her own making. It is in your account from the moment it exists, so the day you disconnect her you keep every document she ever filed.
